LO3: Justin Bieber Purpose article

Justin Bieber has just revealed a new album. In a recent interview on Radio.com Bieber explains how the album is coming from a good place which is a cool and fun way to include people in his journey. Justin Bieber revealed that a lot of his songs on this album are inspired by his relationship with the singer Selena Gomez, which has recently ended which means the lyrics in this album are honest and open. We are now counting down the days to Justin Biebers new Album ‘purpose’. Justin has released some of his latest song that are to be in his upcoming album and everyone has already fallen in love with them, “Where R U now” “What do you mean” and “Sorry” but are these song what we should expect to see in the album or does Justin have new tricks up his sleeve to make us fall in love with him all over again. The album date has recently been confirmed so we should all have our own copy of “Purpose” by November 13^th 2015. 

 Bieber has already released tour dates and tickets in the UK for his upcoming album which was completely sold out within minutes. Now the race is on to get your hands on a golden ticket whether its to convince your neighbour to take you with them or if it is to pay hundreds to finally see the Prince of Pop perform.

If you're a festival goer then you have been given another chance to see Bieber as the headlining act at one of U.Ks leading music festivals. The Virgin Media Customer Early Bird Pre-Sale will open from 09:00 on Tuesday 23 Febuary so luckily if your a virgin media customer for you a ticket

Bieber will give festival-goers a glimpse at his Purpose tour, which begins its Europe leg Sept. 8 at the Korinn in Kopavogur, Iceland and reaches the U.K. with the first of four dates at London’s O2 Arena on Oct. 11. V Festival organizers promise their event will be Bieber and Rihanna’s only U.K. festival appearances this summer. 

LO3: Will Harry Potter return article

Will Harry Potter Return? This is a question that many Potter fans around the world are asking. Will this question ever get answered or will the fans have to binge watch the whole of Harry Potter for the rest of their lives. We have all been on the edge of our seats as JK Rowling keeps us in suspense about the possible new Harry Potter book, as she recently been replying to the questions from “Potterheads” about theories and whether they are fact or fiction. This is making us all know that Harry Potter has recently been on JK Rowlings mind… But will these thoughts come to anything more than a few answered questions about the books and the films.

 JK has recently taken an interview that has clarified to the fans whether there is a new book on it way. In the interview JK Rowling says "I feel like I wrapped Harrys story up” suggesting that there is no need for another Harry Potter book, however she then goes on to say “I’m not going to say I definitely won’t” which still gives the Potter fans a glimmer of hope.

JK Rowling has recently been focusing her time and money on helping 8 million orphanages and institutions with her new charity called “Lumos” this name of this charity was created by JK Rowling while writing the Harry Potter books as it means to let light into darkness, this is something she plans do with the lives of the young children she is helping. The cause of JKs passion to help these children was a single photo of a child screaming through a wired cage which instantly had an impact on JK Rowling leading her to start up this charity.

JK Rowling has now put our big question to rest but has not put an end to our hope of a new Harry Potter adventure in the future.

LO3: Pretty Little Theories Article

PRETTY LITTLE THEORIES

The mid-season 6 finale answered and also didn’t answer many of our questions, but the biggest answered question of all left us content but also frustrated as we found out that Charlotte DiLaurentis (CeCe) was A. However there are so many questions that went unanswered in this episode like, Why is Sara Harvey working with A? Who Killed Mrs DiLaurentis? Is Maya even dead? And did the mums ever escape the basement?

WHY IS SARA HARVEY WORKING WITH A?     

 This is a question we have been asking ourselves ever since Sara was exposed… which didn’t go down to well with Emily but the biggest disappointment was with the Pretty Little Liars fans as we just began to build trust with this new character. Here is one of the theories that might possibly answer this question. The theory is that Sara and CeCe met in the mental institution called Radley or CeCe may have even kidnapped her. As we know CeCe is just one person, however “A” seemed to be everywhere. The only explanation for this is that CeCe has a decoy… Also known as Sara Harvey. Sara was found by the police in the doll house with the rest of the girls, though she has been there longer, this is instantly proved to us and the pretty little liars that she was a victim and not the enemy. This meant that Sara got to spend time with the girls giving her the chance to find out more information about the girls before going back to CeCe, this could mean that Sara was always CeCe back up plan if she ever got caught.

WHO KILLED MRS DILAURENTIS?

 The next Pretty Little Theory is the question that left many in tears as we find out about the death of Mrs DiLaurentis. But who did it? This is a theory that could change everything. This theory is that Melissa (Spencer’s sister) was the one who killed the girl in Alison’s grave, this then led to Mrs DiLaurentis finding about this tragedy,  meaning that Mrs DiLaurentis was bound to tell the police, leaving Mellissa to be jailed for life. Mr Hastings (Melissa’s dad) needed to prevent this from happening, the only way to do this was to keep the information a secret, and this meant that Mr Hastings was to murder Mrs DiLaurentis even though they had a romantic history.

IS MAYA EVEN DEAD?

 Maya died in series 3 episode 5. But there have been many deaths that turn out to be faux like Alison, Toby, Mona, Charles and Sara, so what is stopping Mayas death from being fake? Maya suddenly went missing in series 2 episode 22 and died a few episodes later, we never found out who caused her death or about why she died (we just presume that it is something to do with A). This could be something that is to be revealed soon in the future series or it could have just been a quick way to get rid of that character.

DID THE MUMS EVER ESCAPE THE BASEMENT?

 What happened to the mums in the penultimate episode? In this episode we saw the mums getting themselves locked in the basement after drinking a bit too much wine. The next episode was the mid-season finale where the truth unfolded about Charlotte DiLaurentis being A. However nothing was shown or said about the mums being trapped. Have they been completely forgotten about or did they find a way to escape? There are no theories about these questions, so maybe there was just so much going on in this episode like CeCe being A, Bethany’s murder revealed and Sara being red coat and the black widow, this meant that they didn’t have time to show that happened to the mums and it might be revealed in the next episode.

The defamation law
To avoid breaching the defamation law I must not write lies about anything in a negative way, I also must not use 2nd hand information without finding out that the facts are true. I can only write negative things that are completely true.

The Copyright law
To avoid breaching the Copyright law I must not copy anything without permission. However if it is used for the greater good of the public then it is allowed.

The Negligent law
To avoid breaching the Negligent law I must not publish anything that suggest the readers to try something that may harm them or there property.

LO1: Titles Benfits and Drawbacks

Motion
Benefit:
- Films have motion and will be reviewing films so it fits with the title
-It's a creative name

Drawback:
-I will not only be reviewing films as i will also be reviewing books and music which don't have motion so this will not fit with the name.
 - It sound similar to daily motion which is a website which people could get confused with.


Fusion
Benefit:
- The meaning of fusion is 'the process or result of joining two or more things together to form a single entity.' this fits in with the content as I will be reviewing different forms of entertainment.
-It is a fun name and will catch the attention if the reader, its also a simple name which people will be able to remember.
            
Drawback:
- Not related to the topics.


Media Mix
Benefit:
- It is catchy as I have used alliteration.
- It is and easy indication of what the magazine is about

Drawback:
- Suggests that the magazine is just about a music playlist

This magazine would be about popular Films, Music and Books. In this magazine I would include reviews and ratings. This magazine would target a range of ages because of the different things that would be included in the magazine.

Health and Life style
This magazine would talk about the best way to live to have a happy and healthy life style, these things would be subjects such as fitness, food, cosmetics. This magazine would mainly be aimed at females as they are more likely to read about cosmetics.

Celebrities
This magazine would be about celebrities keeping people up to date with the new gossip, news and upcoming celebrity events. This magazine would be aimed towards people who are interested in celebities which is more likely to attract females.

Researching similar magazine to what I want to create has allowed me to understand the basic convention that I need follow in order to create a professional magazine.

LO1: Copyright

What is Copyright?
Copyright is when you gain permission for somebody's intellectual property i.e ideas, logos
If we do not get copyright then we can get sued for using something that does not belong to us.


Why is Copyright important?
Copyright is important for my photography in case I want to add any other assets as I do not was to breach any copyright laws called Copyright infringement.

Avoiding copyright issues
-Release and Consent forms
-When taking the picture make sure it is being framed to the certain object you -want in your photograph
-Gaining permission is not just about the people you want to use in your photographs it is also about getting permission for locations which are private land. To know if the Location is public or private we will have to research the location first. 
- When taking photographs in public busy areas you don't use the telephoto lens as the telephoto lens is a good way to zoom in so that would be against the law.
-Photographs of private land can be taken from public land.
-Do not take photographs of children that we don't know.
-Make sure the models knows what you are taking a photograph for (What is the intention) 

When taking a photograph remember these 2 things:
Who is in the photograph?
Is it public land or private?

Legal and Ethical
The reason we have to think about representations because you cant represent people a negative way such as different races, religion, age, gender, class, ability and disability which would create a negative stereotype. (Misrepresenting (negative) a model can be defamatory- This means you are showing the model in a certain way which isn't  real)
